Let the games begin!!!
This is the make or break part of our season team. It is now the time of year where we usually give back all the gains we made throughout the past months by overendulging in holiday cheer for a few weeks. Not This Year!!! We are not going to allow that to happen this year. We are going to do things differently this year. We are going to change our Game Plan. We are actually going to have a Game Plan!! We are going to write down our goals for this season. We are going to create a Plan to follow. We are going to plan out our meals and activies. We are going to participate in a Fitness Walk/Run/5K/Turkey Trot etc. We are going to plan on finding some healthy recipes to try and provide copies to our freinds and relatives for their enjoyment. We are going to try different activities like biking, hiking or skiing. We are going to try different exercise routines, as variation is the key to continued sucess. We are going to take our vitamins and supplements. We are going to train hard and eat right. WE Are Going To Suceed!!!!
